Cancellation and Refund Policy

CdrArts believes in helping its customers
as far as possible, hence we have a liberal cancellation policy:

Cancellations are only considered if
requested immediately after placing the order. Requests may not be entertained
if the order has been communicated to vendors/merchants for shipping.

CdrArts does not accept cancellation
requests for perishable items, but refunds or replacements may be granted if
the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.

If you receive damaged or defective items,
please report them to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

 

If the product received is not as shown on
the site or does not meet your expectations, notify customer service within 7
days for appropriate action.

For products with manufacturer warranties,
please refer the issue directly to them.

Approved refunds will take 8-10 days to
process back to the customer.
